Gotoken Hakodate Curry
A handmade curry made by carefully boiling Hokkaido pork and domestic vegetables (onions, potatoes, carrots) in a full-fledged sauce.
Our company was founded in 1897 by Sotaro Wakayama, the first Sotaro Wakayama, in Hakodate, which was an international trading port at the time, together with Eikichi Goshima, who learned Russian cuisine and bread making at the Orthodox Church of Harris. It became a French restaurant after the great fire of 1890, and since then, we have been delivering various flavors such as Western food, curry, and Western confectionery to everyone.
